Quality Assurance Specialist - DAYSHIFT

By optimizing quality assurance processes, we aim to improve agent performance, customer service quality, and overall business results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement standards for inspection to ensure quality compliance.
• Create and manage workflows for product inspection.
• Develop plans to minimize waste and communicate solutions with team members.
• Measure agent behavior against established expectations and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor calls to assess agent performance.
• Provide actionable feedback to agents, team leaders, and managers.
• Identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
• Design and implement evaluation programs to assess quality metrics.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any course.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
• Prior experience in a call center or BPO industry is required.
