Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable / Reconciliation (CMA) Specialist to join our growing Australia/New Zealand team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end processing and reconciliation of Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial transactions.
You will play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls, supporting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily CMA operations including invoices, credit/debit memos, accruals, and payments
- Ensure accrual provisions and settlements are accurate, justified, and completed on time
- Validate, store, and maintain customer agreements in compliance with company policies (LCOA)
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts
- Coordinate with Order-to-Cash (OTC) teams to reduce aged receivables and address disputes
- Ensure timely and accurate billing aligned with customer agreements and deadlines
- Support internal and external audit requirements, including SOX compliance
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements within CMA operations
- Assist in transition and migration activities into the Shared Services Center (SSC)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, or Customer Marketing Agreements preferred
- Background in multinational or shared services environment is an advantage
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Power BI is a plus
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
