Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering / Chemical / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Mechanical
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
- Must know how to drive (with driver's license)
- Knowledge in Industrial Automation
- Proven sales track record with excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-driven & independent thinker; can work independently and with teams
- Proactive and self-motivated, willing to take initiative
- With proven experience in systems
- Manufacturing Industry knowledge and experience in Energy, Renewable, Oil and Gas is an advantage
- Strong engineering fundamentals focused on Systems (PLC)
- Familiar with Instrumentation and Automation Industry (Field Instruments, Transmitter, Analyzer)
- Preferably with Sales Experience
- Preferably with Plant Experience
- Preferably from Bacolod/Visayas
- Fluency in Cebuano language
- Meet quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans
- Implement and follow successful sales processes
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
