Service Sales Engineer

Is URGENTLY looking for:

SERVICE SALES ENGINEER

(Cebu Based)

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and submits service contract proposals to the owner' representative.
• Prepares an estimate of the cost necessary labor and materials for the improvement of client's equipment.
• Follows up and discusses with the owner about the submitted proposals and recommendations for the improvement of their elevators and/or escalators.
• Follows up to owner or his representative any request for adjustments in the service fee of their equipment.
• Conducts on the spot regular inspection of all elevators and/or escalators in order to find out the condition and performance of the unit and provides necessary recommendations for the improvement of the unit and/or servicing system.
• Monitors inventory level of spare parts and initiates actions to order whatever parts are needed.
• Entertains and acts on the suggestion/recommendation of the owner/owner's representative for the improvement of the operation/servicing of their elevator/escalator.
• Performs other service-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed or with two (2) years technical education.
• Must have excellent communication skills and converse fluently both in written and oral English and Pilipino.
• Can relate effectively to all type of people in the organization and demonstrate strong leadership ability.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must possess a pleasant personality and of good moral character.
