About the Role
Join our team as a Technical Recruiter and help us find top talent for our clients. You'll work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for IT and engineering roles.
What You'll Do- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and other channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job offers
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Provide recruitment updates and collaborate with HR to improve hiring
- 1–4 years of experience in technical recruitment or hiring for IT/engineering roles
- Solid understanding of the local tech talent landscape
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to source candidates across multiple platforms
- A track record of successfully placing candidates in technical positions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Ready to start ASAP
