Recruitment Related Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment tasks as initiated by supervisors/managers through the Manpower Requisition Form (MRF).
- Collaborate with the direct supervisor to strategize recruitment approaches based on the desired candidate caliber.
- Expand our talent pool by networking with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and internal colleagues.
- Continually research industry trends to stay ahead in the recruitment game.
- Provide insights on current recruitment trends and suggest enhancements to existing procedures to the direct supervisor.
- Recommend the most effective media channels for reaching the right candidates.
- Enhance online recruitment presence by:
- Posting job openings on relevant internet sources.
- Coordinating with IT to optimize the company website's recruiting page.
- Exploring innovative internet-based recruitment methods.
- Leveraging social and professional networking platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with recruitment channels.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments, supporting all stakeholders involved in the evaluation process.
- Build and maintain a pool of pre-interviewed candidates for each position, facilitating swift hiring when personnel needs arise.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive 201 Files for incoming employees, ensuring all pre-employment requirements and medical exams are successfully completed.
- Provide incoming employees with updated job descriptions and tailored onboarding plans specific to their roles within the department.
- Coordinate departmental orientation schedules for newly hired employees.
- Manage internship program requirements for requesting departments, collecting, maintaining, and issuing necessary documents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with third-party providers to facilitate pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain and update recruitment records systematically.
- Oversee equipment-related activities in collaboration with third-party manpower/staffing providers, as needed by the company.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize incoming employees with the company's culture, organizational structure, and HRD's roles and responsibilities.
- Introduce newly hired individuals to employees and its group of companies if applicable.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities that may arise in the future.
- Offer assistance in meeting the recruitment needs of affiliate companies.
- Provide support during departmental audits when required.
- Act as a substitute for the co-HR as needed.
- Execute other duties as assigned periodically by the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in recruitment or HR support roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
