Job Summary

Under close supervision of Officer II/Manager. Responsible in providing support for the recruitment activities and other matters assigned from time to time by the Team Manager.

Job Requirement

Testing Administration & Preliminary Job Interview
  • Schedule applicant/s for examination.
  • Administer/check applicants’ exam and inform results to account PIC.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with pre-qualified applicants and endorse good candidates to PIC or Department Manager for further evaluation.
Maintenance, updating and monitoring of applicants database
  • Record exam results and personal information of applicants in database.
  • Prepare summary of all pre-qualified applicants for Cadetship requirement.
  • Preparation of Applicant Evaluation Report (AER) in CERIS.
  • Monitoring of Request for Manpower (RFM).
Sourcing of potential applicants through various recruitment sources/activities (Job Fair, Online, Referrals, Newspaper and Walk-in applicants)
  • Sourcing of applicants for current vacancies and manpower pooling and endorse to PIC for further review.
  • Keep record of number of potential applicants from various sources and monitor progress.
  • Posting of job vacancies in job portals.
Recruitment File Maintenance
  • Filing of recruitment documents e.g. test results, resumes, referrals, job fair respondents, skilled workers, and other recruitment documents.
Job Offer & Pre-Employment Processing
  • Prepare job offer and employment documents
  • Explain job offers, compensation packages, company policies, and employment terms to candidates
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as medical exams, and document submission
Onboarding & Hiring Endorsement
  • Endorse hired candidates to assigned departments.
  • Assist with orientation scheduling and first-day readiness.
  • Conduct New Employee Orientation (Briefing and Full Course)
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably HR or related discipline
  • 4-5 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Form, Excel, Powerpoint), Canva
  • Basic skills in poster design, photo editing, and video editing
