Job Summary
Under close supervision of Officer II/Manager. Responsible in providing support for the recruitment activities and other matters assigned from time to time by the Team Manager.
Job Requirement
Testing Administration & Preliminary Job Interview- Schedule applicant/s for examination.
- Administer/check applicants’ exam and inform results to account PIC.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with pre-qualified applicants and endorse good candidates to PIC or Department Manager for further evaluation.
- Record exam results and personal information of applicants in database.
- Prepare summary of all pre-qualified applicants for Cadetship requirement.
- Preparation of Applicant Evaluation Report (AER) in CERIS.
- Monitoring of Request for Manpower (RFM).
- Sourcing of applicants for current vacancies and manpower pooling and endorse to PIC for further review.
- Keep record of number of potential applicants from various sources and monitor progress.
- Posting of job vacancies in job portals.
- Filing of recruitment documents e.g. test results, resumes, referrals, job fair respondents, skilled workers, and other recruitment documents.
- Prepare job offer and employment documents
- Explain job offers, compensation packages, company policies, and employment terms to candidates
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as medical exams, and document submission
- Endorse hired candidates to assigned departments.
- Assist with orientation scheduling and first-day readiness.
- Conduct New Employee Orientation (Briefing and Full Course)
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably HR or related discipline
- 4-5 years of experience in Recruitment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Form, Excel, Powerpoint), Canva
- Basic skills in poster design, photo editing, and video editing
