About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist with Recruitment Agency Experience to join our growing team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a contract position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in our recruitment operations.As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates across diverse sectors. Your expertise in recruitment agency processes will be essential to meeting client objectives and delivering exceptional candidate experiences whilst supporting the strategic growth of Asticom Technology Inc.
Key responsibilities- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements and job specifications
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and interactions
- Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific role requirements
- Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate the interview and placement process
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure successful placements
- Maintain regular contact with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on placement activity and outcomes
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities
- Proven experience working in a recruitment agency environment with a track record of successful placements
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet recruitment targets and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfill client and candidate needs
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Preferred: Experience recruiting across multiple sectors or industries
- Preferred: Familiarity with the Philippine job market and local recruitment trends
