Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (12PM - 9PM or 1PM-10PM)
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 100,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
With at least 10 years of recruitment experience.With at least 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role.
Experience working in a BPO Company.
Amendable to work in Flexible working schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.Assist the team in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Assist the team in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
