Accounting Associate

The Finance team of Mary Grace Cafe is looking for the following positions:

• Accounts Payable Associate
• Permits Liaison Associate
• Petty Cash Fund Associate

The role is responsible for maintaining strict compliance with company policies, tax regulations (such as BIR), and other legal reporting requirements.

The Permits Associate processes the permits and related payables of each Mary Grace store from opening, renewal to closure, in compliance with government regulations. They maintain strong relationships with various departments, government agencies, and other stakeholders to support regulatory and compliance activities.

The Fund Associate assists in the preparation, releasing, coordinating and liquidation of Change Fund for Cafés and Kiosks. They report to the Finance Head - Operations.

• Graduate of any business-related Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accountancy or Finance
• Preferably with 1-3 years of related experience in Retail or Food and Beverage industry
• Knowledge on payables (ERPs, cost centers, general ledgers), various check and online banking facilities, VAT and withholding tax, payment terms, and banking regulations
• Preferably familiar with Google Workspace and SAP
• Willing to travel to various Mary Grace Café locations and government agencies (Applicable to Permits Associate)
• Open to a 5-day compressed work week (48 hours/week) and onsite work at our Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City
