Position Overview: The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the HR department and assists with various human resources functions. This role involves handling day-to-day HR tasks, maintaining HR records, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
o End to end process of employee (from on boarding to off boarding)
o Assist with HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
o Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
o Do recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
o Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and background checks.
o Prepare job offer, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.
o Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and training activities.
o Maintain employee files and records, ensuring compliance with retention policies and data privacy regulations.
o Update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with employee information, changes, and updates.
o Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
o Generate reports and analyze HR data as needed to support decision-making and compliance efforts.
o Assist with employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
o Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
o Support HR staff in resolving employee conflicts and addressing workplace issues.
o Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
o Assist with the dissemination of HR policies and updates to employees.
o Monitor and track compliance training completion for employees.
o Make Memo for holidays and distribute it to all departments with receiving copy.
o Make request for payment for engagements and payroll.
o Assist HR Officer for time keeping.
o Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
