Location: Harton Corporate Center, Baclaran, Paranaque.

Your Role:

As a Senior Virtual Assistant, you will:

  • Customer Service:
○ Screen and prioritize inbound emails and phone inquiries
○ Draft clear, professional responses or escalate when necessary
  • Operations Management:
○ Coordinate order processing from receipt to fulfillment
○ Communicate with suppliers to confirm lead times and resolve issues
  • Bookkeeping Support:
○ Organize invoices, receipts, and basic financial records
○ Prepare summaries or reports for review
  • General VA Duties:
○ Calendar management and scheduling
○ Document preparation and data entry

○ Ad‑hoc projects as assigned

What You Need: Non-negotiables
  • 5–10 years of Virtual Assistant experience, preferably in e‑commerce or B2B environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proven multitasking ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), basic bookkeeping tools, and CRM/email platforms

Preferred skills/expertise/experience:

  • Experience with WooCommerce or Shopify back‑end
  • Familiarity with basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Multilingual abilities
