Virtual Assistant for Shopify Store (E-commerce Support)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations of our Shopify store. You’ll support the team with tasks related to product management, order processing, customer service, and marketing. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and has previous experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

• Upload and edit product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, prices, images)
• Manage inventory levels and stock updates
• Organize collections and update product categories

Order Management:

• Monitor and process incoming orders
• Track shipments and coordinate with suppliers or fulfillment partners
• Handle refunds, returns, and cancellations when necessary

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely and friendly manner
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when needed
• Manage reviews and customer feedback

Marketing & Admin Support:

• Assist in creating and scheduling email campaigns (e.g., using Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
• Help manage social media scheduling or product promotions
• Collect performance data and help create weekly reports
• Update website banners, homepage sections, and discount codes during promos

Requirements:

• Prior experience with Shopify is a must
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, Klaviyo, or Oberlo/DSers
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Stable internet connection and reliable working device

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with dropshipping or print-on-demand stores
• Background in customer support or e-commerce operations
• Knowledge of basic SEO for product descriptions
• Familiarity with basic graphic editing for product images or social media
