An HR Assistant is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with applicants, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in the end-to-end recruitment process is a required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to render overtime if necessary.
