About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team at Select Goods' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will provide critical support to our Human Resources department, assisting with a variety of administrative tasks and HR-related projects.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to gain valuable experience in the field of Human Resources.
What you'll be doing- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll and benefits information, and coordinating HR-related events and activities
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, such as scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment contracts
- Help implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide support for employee relations and engagement initiatives, such as organising team-building activities and facilitating feedback sessions
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR-related documentation, including employee handbooks, job descriptions, and performance review forms
- Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations relevant to the Philippines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service
