Accounts Payable Analyst
About the role
NYGC Services, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions for the company.
What you'll be doing- Process and maintain accurate accounts payable records
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to address any payment issues
- Provide support for month-end close and reporting activities
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounts payable policies and procedures
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks as required
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounts payable experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
