In this role, you will bridge the gap between business users and technology teams, ensuring that complex investment and trust requirements are accurately translated into scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Translate client and business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and QA/test teams
- Clearly communicate requirements, workflows, and expected outputs to internal teams
- Ensure delivered solutions align with client expectations and business objectives
- Lead solutioning activities, including analysis and design of system enhancements
- Prepare detailed Solution Design Documents (SDD)
- Develop wireframes, mockups, or prototypes for new features and process improvements
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including:
- SDD
- Process workflows
- Functional specifications
- Perform functional design and validation of system solutions
- Support testing activities and ensure requirements are correctly implemented
- Strong experience in business analysis and solution design
- Proven ability in:
- Writing Solution Design Documents (SDD)
- Creating workflows and process diagrams
- Solid understanding of business processes, preferably in banking, trust, or financial services
- Experience in solutioning and functional design for IT systems
- Ability to create wireframes or prototypes (e.g., using Figma, Visio, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
