Travel & Expense Care Advance Associate - Spanish Speaker- Review and process employee travel and expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures in Spanish
- Verify expense receipts and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with corporate guidelines in Spanish
- Communicate with employees to resolve any discrepancies or missing information in expense reports in Spanish
- Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement of employee expenses through electronic payment systems
- Assist with the administration of corporate travel programs, including booking arrangements and travel policy compliance
- Generate reports and analyze expense data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline travel and expense processes and enhance efficiency
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve financial controls and reporting
- Attend to inquiries from internal stakeholders via Outlook, ticketing tool, chat or telephony, providing timely and professional responses in Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related programs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
- Enhanced understanding and proficiency in English Language
- Strong comprehension and analytical skills in cross-checking documents (e.g. T&E Policies against expense reimbursements)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in accounting and finance
- Prior internship or work experience in a finance-related role is a plus, but not required
