Full-time, contract until 30 June 2027 based in Quezon City
- Annual gross salary (inc. 13th month) bet. PHP 407,607 to PHP 588,765 commensurate to experience
Exciting opportunity to join AVI’s Philippines Team! We’re currently looking for Administration and Finance Officer for our Philippine office.
AVI supports the implementation of the Australian Volunteers Program on behalf of the Australian Government. The Australian Volunteers Program supports skilled Australian volunteers to work alongside organisations to sustainably support capacity development of people, organisations and communities in various countries across the Pacific, Asia and Africa.
The Administration & Finance Officer is responsible for providing quality administrative and finance services to support operations of the Australian Volunteers Program in Philippines.

Position Requirements- Post-secondary qualifications and/or experience in financial administration and office management
- Strong administrative skills including experience with databases, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Excellent financial literacy, and proven ability to undertake accurate and timely financial processes and reporting
- Demonstrated understanding of government administration, processes and bureaucracy
- Strong analytical skills in identifying process and workflow improvements
- Strong computer and software literacy skills – experience with Excel, Netsuite (or similar systems) advantageous
- Cross-cultural awareness, including an ability to work with stakeholders from varied cultural backgrounds
- Sound knowledge of, and commitment to the underpinning values, goals and objectives of the Australian Volunteers Program
