Business Development Associate

As a Junior Business Development Associate, you will support Inventi's business growth by assisting in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients within the real estate industry.

You will work closely with the Business Development team to promote Inventi's solutions, maintain client relationships, and contribute to achieving the company's growth objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in sales and business development while gaining exposure to the real estate technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support
  • Assist in identifying potential clients, partners, and new market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM records.
Client Relationship Support
  • Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for the Business Development team.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
Sales and Revenue Support
  • Assist in achieving lead generation and client acquisition targets.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and regularly update CRM activities.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and activity updates.
Marketing and Brand Support
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking activities when required.
  • Assist in promoting Inventi's products and services through marketing campaigns and digital channels.
  • Represent Inventi professionally during client interactions and company events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a related role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn sales techniques and business development strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and company events when necessary.
