We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and professional Executive Assistant to the President who will provide comprehensive support to the President in both personal and corporate capacities. This role requires balancing 80% executive personal assistance with 20% corporate and office administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling the President to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Personal Assistance (80%)
  • Manage the President’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements (local and international).
  • Handle personal errands, lifestyle management, and confidential matters with discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Coordinate personal events, family requirements, and related logistics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for personal communications, calls, and correspondence.
  • Ensure timely reminders, follow-ups, and preparation of needed documents for meetings and commitments.
  • Handle expense monitoring, reimbursements, and payments related to both personal and business matters.
Corporate & Office Administration (20%)
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, presentations, and company events.
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and documents as required by the President.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the President.
  • Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and minor facilities management tasks.
  • Support in coordinating corporate communication and documentation.
  • Assist HR/Finance/Admin departments with occasional administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with productivity tools is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to handle both professional and personal tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
