Job Description
Posted on 10 July 2026- Assist in the development and execution of Food & Beverage operational strategies that drive business growth, enhance guest satisfaction, maintain service excellence, and achieve profitability objectives.
- Support the preparation, monitoring, and achievement of annual budgets, sales targets, financial forecasts, and cost control initiatives to maximize operational performance.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned outlets to ensure efficient service delivery, optimal staffing levels, operational consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, train, coach, mentor, schedule, and evaluate outlet personnel while fostering a high-performing, customer-focused, and engaged workforce.
- Conduct regular operational audits of dining areas, kitchens, storage facilities, and service stations to ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.
- Monitor food preparation, product presentation, inventory accuracy, stock availability, and overall product quality in coordination with the Production Cook and Production Department.
- Collaborate with Management in developing menu enhancements, promotional campaigns, and service improvement initiatives that elevate the guest experience and increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor outlet financial transactions, cash handling procedures, bill settlements, daily sales reports, and operational documentation to ensure accuracy, accountability, and internal control compliance.
- Analyze sales performance, labor productivity, food cost, inventory variances, and other key operational metrics, and recommend corrective actions to improve overall business performance.
- Review guest feedback, customer complaints, and satisfaction surveys, implementing timely corrective and preventive measures to continuously improve service quality.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating complex or unresolved issues to the Operations Manager when necessary.
- Ensure consistent implementation and continuous improvement of company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), service standards, operational controls, and regulatory compliance across all assigned outlets.
- Coordinate effectively with Production, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and other support departments to ensure seamless business operations.
- Prepare and submit accurate operational, financial, inventory, and performance reports within established timelines.
- Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management in support of organizational goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food and beverage, restaurant, or retail industry.
- At least 2 years of experience managing multiple store locations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, inventory management, and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and POS/reporting systems.
- Willing to travel frequently between assigned store locations.
- Possesses a valid driver's license (preferred if travel is required).
