About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead business operations, drive operational excellence, and deliver sustainable business growth. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, improving business performance, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and optimize daily operations across multiple business functions.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop operations leaders and management teams.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations.
- Track KPIs, analyze business performance, and present operational reports to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Master's Degree is an advantage.
- At least 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations in retail, QSR, food service, hospitality, or similar industries.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
