Manager: NPI Data Analyst

We are looking for a strategic Manager, NPI Data Analyst to join our innovation and product competency team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate setup of Supply Chain innovation project deliverables, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective data designs within SAP and other core systems.
You will act as a key connector between cross-functional units and external partners to drive seamless product introductions.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Oversight: Serve as a Lead Data SME for complex or high-risk initiatives and actively participate in strategic discussions regarding people, systems, and data processes.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and drive improvement plans for process and operational opportunities while leading audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build and maintain constructive relationships across different business units to support effective collaboration.
- Team Leadership: Support the NPI Lead with performance assessments and recruitment, while leading training and upskilling plans for team members.
- Technical Integration: Directly support SAP and other technical initiatives through solution data design, delivery, and migration.
- Experience: Previous background within a central Data, Supply Chain, or Finance organization with a focus on process excellence.
- Education: A University degree, preferably in Business Management, Data Studies, or a comparable field.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Material Master and Production Execution data areas, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and essential ERP/SAP experience.
- Certifications: A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar qualification is considered a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong influencing and communication skills, a "can-do" attitude, and a passion for people development and problem-solving.
