About the Role
We are a newly established company looking for a reliable and adaptable Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities that come with working in a startup environment.
You will help keep the business running smoothly—from administrative support to assisting with social media efforts and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including document management, scheduling, filing, and procurement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, service providers, and government offices when necessary.
- Provide support to HR, Finance, and Operations teams with basic tasks and process implementation.
- Maintain trackers, assist in report preparation, and support internal communications.
- Assist in managing company social media accounts, including content scheduling and responding to inquiries.
- Take initiative in solving problems and managing ad hoc tasks common in a startup setting.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or generalist role; experience in a startup environment is a strong advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, Trello, or similar tools.
- Basic experience or familiarity with social media platforms and tools such as Canva or Meta Business Suite.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
