Area Marketing Officer (Visayas)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring local marketing programs in the Visayas region, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and goals. This role involves conceiving, developing, and executing marketing initiatives that promote Bayad’s products and services in the region, ultimately driving increases in market share, sales, and profitability."
- Develops priority product analysis of the region.
- Plans, develops, implements, and monitors local marketing programs.
- Develops local product communication plans for new and existing products & services plans, executes, and monitors media campaigns and activities to establish and maintain brand presence and relevance in the market.
- Analyzes trade and consumer market research and makes recommendations based on regional behavior.
- Ensures proper implementation of national marketing programs in the region
- Gathers and analyzes competitor and customer insights.
- Ensures that the regional and local branding is aligned and consistent with the corporate brand identity
- Scans the local market for possible recognitions the brand may compete in to build credibility.
- Identifies and resolves brand performance challenges and opportunities in the region.
- Graduate of a four (4) year Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Communications, Business Management and/or other related courses
- At least three (3) year work experience in retail or trade marketing
- Proven expertise in Brand Development & Management, Media Planning, Market Research and Analysis, along with extensive experience in Project Management and Execution
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
- Professional proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in market analysis, trade marketing, and brand management
- Willingness to be assigned to the Cebu City branch.
