About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic HR Employee Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues and play a key role in promoting a positive, respectful, and legally compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Conduct internal investigations in a fair and thorough manner
- Promote effective communication and positive working relationships across all departments
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and reports
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in employee relations or general HR roles
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR practices
- Strong interpersonal, mediation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
