About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic HR Employee Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues and play a key role in promoting a positive, respectful, and legally compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
• Conduct internal investigations in a fair and thorough manner
• Promote effective communication and positive working relationships across all departments
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and reports
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in employee relations or general HR roles
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR practices
• Strong interpersonal, mediation, and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
