Area Sales & Activation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Execute sales promotion, marketing activation, and customer experience programs to drive brand growth.
• Monitor 4P execution, stock availability, sales performance, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain customer and consumer databases.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotional tools, activation programs, and AVIS reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 3 years experience as Area Activation in FMCG industry
• Strong in field marketing execution, promotion, and activation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written
• Understanding the assigned area (GMA/South Luzon or Visayas/Mindanao)
