Junior Sales Account Executive / Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking.
• Present company products and services to prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on inquiries and negotiate with customers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and update records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in sales, preferably in solar, electrical, construction, or industrial products, is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to do fieldwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• With a valid driver's license is an advantage but not required.
