Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of office facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, office equipment, and facilities.
- Liaise with landlords, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair works.
- Monitor facility-related service levels, track work orders, and maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Support office space planning, meeting room management, workplace logistics, and employee requests.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and security policies and company standards.
- Manage office supplies, facilities budgets, and vendor invoices where applicable.
- Assist in office renovations, relocations, and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Prepare facility reports, maintenance schedules, and operational updates for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or office administration.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and building management.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, workplace safety, and facilities operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with facilities management systems or CAFM tools is an advantage.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
