- Proven background in facilities operations, building systems, and utilities management.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in budgeting, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with facilities management tools and systems.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
