• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit ambitious revenue and growth targets.
• Lead dealer acquisition across retail, corporate, and distribution channels.
• Build strong, lasting partnerships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
• Supervise, mentor, and grow the sales team to peak performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, Marketing) to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide market insights, sales reports, and data-driven recommendations to leadership.

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Background in electronics retail or wholesale is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with any major CRM system is required for effective customer relationship management and sales performance tracking.
