SALES MANAGER
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance.
- Analyses sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to optimize the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and strategies.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting
- Passion for the automotive industry and a customer-centric approach
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in our Mactan, Lapu-Lapu and Mambaling, Cebu City branch.
