Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV.
• Strong understanding of system diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with software maintenance and support processes.
• Ability to analyze complex system issues and develop effective solutions.
• Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to IBM System i environments.
• Good communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
