Application Support / Support Analyst

JOB OBJECTIVES:

Application support will be responsible in managing and troubleshoot existing software applications such as, but not limited to, oversee the installation, maintenance of software applications, performing debugging procedures in order to streamline business operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing software application support.
• Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
• Ensuring effective front and back-end functionality of applications.
• Establishing the root cause of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to management.
• Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
• Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
• Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support
