Customer Support Representative

Qualifications- College Level or Bachelor's Degree holder
- Preferably with Customer Service, E-Commerce, or Retail experience
- Proficient in English, Filipino (Tagalog), and Bisaya/Cebuano
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy; knowledge of PC hardware and basic troubleshooting is an advantage
- Familiarity with social media, chat, and email support is preferred
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media
- Assist with order concerns, returns, refunds, and after-sales support
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
