About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Service & Sales Representatives. In this role, you will handle cable and internet service accounts, assist customers through inbound calls, provide sales support, and deliver advanced technical assistance when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries related to cable and internet services.
• Promote and upsell products and services through inbound sales opportunities.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or K-12 Graduate.
• At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment and sales role (any industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to start immediately.
• Willing to work onsite in Bel-Air, Makati.
• Willing to travel to and work in the assigned location.
