- We are seeking customer-centric and highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Representative (CSR). Candidates will handle customer inquiries, address challenges, and deliver top-tier support. Depending on business demands, successful candidates will be deployed to either a Pure Voice (Phone) or a Blended (Phone, Email, and Chat) communication environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent graduate.
- Experience: Minimum of six (6) months of hands-on customer support experience in a contact center or BPO setting.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written proficiency are required).
- Core Skills: Excellent customer service orientation, with a demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a Pure Voice or Blended (Voice, Email, Chat) channel configuration as required by operations.
- Scheduling: Amenable to shifting schedules, including working during weekends, holidays, and regular night shifts.
- Location: Fully comfortable working onsite at our office in Vertis North, Quezon City.
- Prior experience handling Financial or Telecommunications (Telco) accounts is highly advantageous.
