Compensation Structure
  • Entry Level (No experience): Up to ₱39,000/month
  • Mid Level (2+ years experience): Up to ₱50,000/month
  • Senior Level (5+ years experience): Up to ₱55,000/month
  • Superior Level (8 to 10 years experience: Up to 65,000/month

(Exact placement depends on your experience, training performance, and role alignment. Expect annual increases and regular salary resets to keep your pay competitive.)
