We are seeking a highly skilled Voice Network Engineer (Cisco & AudioCodes) to join our dynamic team at NYGC Services, Inc.'. This is a full-time position based in Manila City Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our robust voice communication infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and exceptional service delivery for our clients.
What you'll be doing- Design, configure, and optimize Cisco and AudioCodes voice network solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice-related issues, ensuring maximum uptime and reliable service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice systems with other IT components and applications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures
- Proactively monitor the voice network, identify potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities, and implement preventive measures
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the voice systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest voice technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and recommend upgrades or improvements to the network
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Voice Network Engineer, with a strong focus on Cisco and AudioCodes technologies
- This role involves comprehensively managing our voice network, from designing and deploying infrastructure like AudioCodes SBCs, OVOC and Media Gateways to administering Cisco CUCM and CME environments, including call routing and endpoint provisioning.
- He or She'll also be key in providing advanced technical support, monitoring performance, and documenting configurations to ensure reliable and high-quality voice services.
