About the role
NYGC Services, Inc.' is seeking a skilled Network Engineer - Audio Codes to join our growing team in our Manila City Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our robust network infrastructure.As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of our state-of-the-art Audio Codes systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance across the organisation.
What you'll be doing- Configuring and maintaining Audio Codes network devices and systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime
- Monitoring network performance and implementing proactive measures to optimise efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address network-related requirements
- Providing technical support and guidance to end-users on network-related matters
- Staying up-to-date with the latest network technologies and best practices
- Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer, with a strong focus on Audio Codes systems
- Proven expertise in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Audio Codes network devices
- Hands-on experience with network protocols, routing, switching, and VoIP technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex network issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Certification in Audio Codes or related network technologies is highly desirable
