US Bookkeeper (WFH / Night Shift)

Tech Expertise: Quickbooks Desktop, Lecerte, US Taxation and Preparation

Exposure to U.S. taxation and tax preparation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using QuickBooks Desktop
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support tax preparation activities, including gathering and organizing financial data
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (required)
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in tax preparation is a strong advantage
• Experience with Lacerte tax software is a plus
• Knowledge of U.S. taxation is a plus
