IT Support Specialist (Pooling) – Pampanga

Status: Pooling / Talent Pool

We are currently building our IT team in Pampanga and are looking for experienced IT Support Specialists to join our talent pool for upcoming openings.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Perform software installation, deployment, patch management, and application support.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
• Configure and support routers, switches, and wireless access points (WAPs).
• Install, terminate, and test Ethernet cabling and assist with CCTV network cabling.
• Provide end-user technical support and resolve IT incidents efficiently.
• Utilize ticketing systems to document, monitor, and resolve support requests.
• Maintain endpoint security, antivirus protection, password policies, and backup procedures.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration.
• Experience supporting an environment with 10 or more workstations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, desktop hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Experience with remote troubleshooting and software deployment.
• Knowledge of Ethernet cabling, structured cabling, and CCTV connectivity is an advantage.
• Experience using IT service desk or ticketing systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
