IT Staff/Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time (Open to Part-time for the right candidate)

We're looking for an IT Specialist to support our day-to-day IT operations and provide technical assistance across the organization.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage the end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding process, including computer provisioning, application/system access, and secure data offboarding.
• Perform routine hardware repairs, monthly system health checks, and equipment electrical safety assessments.
• Manage and prioritize multiple IT support cases while providing timely feedback and resolution.
• Create clear IT documentation and guide team members through technical troubleshooting.
• Test, evaluate, and roll out new hardware and software solutions to improve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in IT technical support, helpdesk, or systems administration.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, including user account management and access configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with process improvement or IT automation.
• Knowledge of advanced networking and cloud solutions (e.g., Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or AWS).
• Experience with IT infrastructure improvements or proactive IT initiatives.

System requirements:

• Computer Processor: Intel 8th generation or newer/AMD Ryzen 2000 series or newer
• Computer OS: Windows 11 and future enterprise operating systems
• Computer Memory/RAM: At least 16.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
• With licensed MS Office and extra monitor
• Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 10 Mbps for back up connection)
