Senior Performance Marketing Specialist / Senior Media Buyer – Digital Growth

This role is responsible for driving measurable acquisition and conversion results through paid media and performance channels, with a strong focus on CPA control, FTD growth, ROI, funnel efficiency, and campaign scalability.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, paid media, or media buying.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns independently from setup to optimization and scaling.
• Hands-on experience with major paid media platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, ad networks, or other performance acquisition platforms.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, ROI, ROAS, FTD, and funnel conversion metrics.
• Experience working with tracking, pixels, UTM structures, dashboards, and conversion event reporting.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and turn insights into concrete optimization actions.
