Sales and Marketing Specialist
About the role
Duke-R Medical is seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team that is based in Cebu City. This full-time position will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer relationships within the healthcare industry to assigned areas.
What you'll be doing- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships through excellent account management
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns
- Analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity
- Attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company
- At least 1 year of proven sales and marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel within area of assignment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field
