ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a specialist executive search consultancy serving the Australian engineering and construction industry. We are hiring a Phone-Based Recruitment Resourcer/Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines.
This is a phone-first candidate engagement role. You will work alongside our Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to convert sourced and inbound leads into qualified, booked interviews for our lead consultant.

THE TEAM
You will work closely with two people:
- Our Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist sources candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and Bullhorn, passing call lists and unresponsive outreach to you daily.
- Our lead consultant conducts all final candidate interviews and manages client relationships. Qualified candidates you book go directly into her diary.
- Call candidates sourced by our Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist who have not responded to LinkedIn or email outreach
- Call all inbound applicants from job advertisements promptly
- Call all candidates who click through on email campaigns, salary guides and marketing activity
- Pre-qualify candidates against active role briefs and book the right ones in for interview
- Re-engage existing Bullhorn database contacts on a rolling basis to update availability and keep the talent pool warm
- Record every call outcome and qualification note in Bullhorn within 24 hours
- Coordinate daily with the Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to ensure all call lists are actioned same day
- Demonstrated experience in a phone-based recruitment, resourcing or outbound sales role
- Minimum of 2+ years of phone-based recruitment or resourcing experience
- A confident, warm and professional telephone manner; you are comfortable making 40 to 50 calls per day
- Background in engineering, technical or built environment recruitment is strongly preferred
- Strong organisational skills and the discipline to work independently through daily call lists
- Bullhorn experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent written communication for Bullhorn notes and team coordination
- AUD 27,000 per annum (AUD 2,250 per month)
- Commission per confirmed placement; split with Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist where candidate is jointly worked
- 13th month pay
- Approximately 15 paid public holidays per year
- Health cover and employer contributions (approx. AUD 600 per 6 months)
- 15 days annual leave and 5 days sick leave (accruing after 12 months)
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm AEST. This is a full-time role and your primary employment. AirCall and Bullhorn are fully set up and ready for you from day one.
