As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who can work directly with international stakeholders, lead recruitment delivery, and help maintain a high standard of candidate quality across our client portfolio.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support hiring across a range of technical and technology-focused positions for our international clients.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong technical recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage confidently with hiring managers and stakeholders across the UK, US, Australia, and other international markets.
You will work closely with the Managing Director, Delivery Manager, recruiters, and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process from requirement gathering through candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruitment Delivery- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT-related roles
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical qualification assessments
- Evaluate candidate suitability based on technical capability, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Review recruiter submissions and ensure only high-quality candidates are presented to clients
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely progression throughout the hiring process
- Communicate directly with international hiring managers and stakeholders
- Participate in intake calls and requirement gathering discussions
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a consultative approach
- Provide hiring updates, market insights, and recruitment recommendations
- Support stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records within ATS and recruitment systems
- Track recruitment activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress
- Collaborate with recruiters to improve candidate quality and recruitment outcomes
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements and best practices
Requirements
Must-Have- Minimum 5 years of technical recruitment experience within a recruitment agency, staffing, consulting, or RPO environment
- Minimum 3 years of direct international client communication experience, supporting stakeholders from the US, UK, Australia, Europe, or similar markets
- Proven experience recruiting for technical positions such as:
- Software Engineers and Developers
- Cloud Engineers
- DevOps Engineers
- Data Engineers and Data Analysts
- Infrastructure and Network Engineers
- Service Desk and IT Support Professionals
- QA Engineers and other technology-related roles
- Demonstrated experience working directly with hiring managers, clients, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Experience conducting intake calls, calibration meetings, requirement gathering sessions, and client consultations
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
- Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational, stakeholder management, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting offshore staffing and remote hiring models
- Experience recruiting for UK, US, and Australian clients
- Experience within a startup, agency, or high-growth recruitment environment
- Previous mentoring, coaching, or team leadership experience
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and modern recruitment technologies
- Recruiters whose experience is primarily internal corporate recruitment with limited agency, staffing, or client-facing exposure
- Recruiters without direct communication experience with international clients and hiring managers
- Recruiters with limited exposure to technical or IT recruitment
