As a Selling Supervisor at WalterMart Paranaque, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of your assigned category. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring proper merchandising and inventory accuracy.

This role also involves supervising sales support staff and merchandisers, implementing promotions effectively, and upholding safety and sanitation standards. Your leadership and attention to detail will directly contribute to the store’s overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Service Management
Category Building:

Accountable for category sales achievement
Ensure 100% customer service level
Ensure WalterMart standards are implemented
Maintain safety and sanitation within the category
Implement First to Expire, First Out (FEFO) system
Manage bad orders
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all promotions
Ensure shelf tags are updated

Ensure 100% inventory accuracy for assigned category
Supervise and monitor the performance of sales support staff and merchandisers within the category

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in store management and operations, preferably in retail or food establishments
