Job Description

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in finding what they’re looking for and recommend relevant products.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Stay up to date with product offerings, sales techniques, and store promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

• At least Senior High School Graduate; College level or degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduate with strong interest in mobile technology are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in smartphones, mobile accessories, and basic technical specifications.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Tech-savvy and updated with latest trends in mobile phones and gadgets.
• Trustworthy, honest and with high attention to detail.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays and shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned at WALTERMART MAKATI.
